Swim CDs are non refundable due to the digital nature of their contents. For all other goods purchased from the FutureDreams Website, we will glady offer to exchange for other products in the event of disatisfaction with the product, eg incorrect sizing of flippers ordered. In the event of correctly ordered and prefect condition goods we have a non-refund policy.
