Our "Social" squad at the Tepid Baths over 5x Nights (Mon to Fri) of swimming comprising a varied program to keep you interested, ensure continuation of learning, and to keep you motivated.
MWF sessions are Ednurance, Threshold or Speed based whereas Tues and Thurs sessions are more technical.
We have 4 lanes available on MWF and 2-3 on the othere days with the following variety of paces... Lane1 (1.45-2.00 per 100m), Lane2 (1.35-1.45 per 100m), , lane3 (1.20-1.35 per 100m), Lane 4 - (1.10-1.20 per 100m).
Squad numbers range from 15-30 swimmers.
