These sessions are an abbreviated version of our morning squad sessions, formatted to fit into just one hour from 12.30pm to 1.30pm. They are perfect for centre city workers who want some time away from the office in the middle of the day. Even thought he program is shorter than the monrings you will still get a good workout and the sessions are still periodised in line with the triathlon season (ie longer and harder during Summer then easier with more drill work over Winter).
The program normally covers between 2200m to 3500m depending on the lane you swim in
We have 3 lanes available to us allowing the following variety of paces... Lane1 (1.40-2.00 per 100m), Lane2 (1.25-1.40 per 100m), , lane3 (1.10-1.30 per 100m).
Squad numbers range from 18-25 swimmers.
