WHAT

An opportunity to be filmed from multiple angles underwater. This fresh perspective focusses primarily on both the Reach and Catch phases. It generally clarifies the degree to which most swimmers fail to Reach with enough pause in the right way, nor do they Catch with enough elbow bend (plus bend the wrist which is incorrect).

 

WHO

Underwater video normally benefits slightly more advanced swimmers who are ready to work on their Catch. Unless you have already mastered your body position the benefits of this will be minimal unless your aim is simply to understand your technique academically more completely.

 

HOW

We video from at least two angles (front & side) to ensure a good perspective, and the underwater aspect means that diffraction is eliminated which can skew what your eyes perceieve when viewing from above water.
